19. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR $500, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us (including subsidiaries, affiliates, and officers, agents, partners, and employees) harmless from any loss, damage, or claim arising from or related to your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

25. MISCELLANEOUS

No partnership or agency relationship is created between you and us by these Legal Terms. You waive any defenses based on the electronic form of these Legal Terms.
