1. RETURNS

  • Return Window: All returns must be postmarked within ten (14) days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Packaging: Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging, and include a copy of your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice).
  2. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

3. REFUNDS

  • Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item’s condition. Afterward, we will process your refund.
  • Timeframe: Please allow at least three (3) days from the date we receive your item to process your refund.
  • Billing Cycles: Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

4. EXCEPTIONS

5. RESTOCKING FEE

  • Please note that a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns.
